SEA has seen recent rising incidents of SLO violations by some member companies. This could be due to inadequate understanding of SLO's intricacies; its implications in real life work situations, thus causing disharmony in workplaces. In view of imminent minimum wage adjustments, there could be a need to plan for performance evaluation including termination being one option, SEA will conduct "Intermediate Level" SLO course for businesses to learn, plan and prepare ahead. There will be 3 dates to choose from: 29th September 2026 Tuesday - English / Malay 15th October 2026 Thursday - English / Malay 10th November 2026 Tuesday - Mandarin
